Can someone take to many multi vitamins?
-I take mens health muti vitamin twice aday like they recommend of the box
-fish body oil once aday
-Tri flex joint conditioner twice aday
-fiber pill twice aday
- Ester C once aday
Im a athlete that trains really hard i take NO supplements just multi vitamins
I in the best shape of my life and really dont get sick. But sometimes ill get a gut ache working out.
I fell better and have improve in the gym since i have started taking multi vitamins!
The pros at GNC say its good to take this combinations of multi's but i would like to hear some other peoples feedback!
Yes. You can actually OD on certain vitamins like Vitamin A and that can cause health problems. It is best to get your vitamins through foods. I also train very hard as an athlete (amature boxer) but found that when I made adjustments to my diet, I was able to compete and train hard and have enough energy. I had to do some research to make sure I was getting enough of what I needed, but it turned out to be fairly easy to get all the support I needed from my foods. I'm sure you eat a healthy diet as an athlete and you are bound to see improvement as you train because your body becomes naturally stronger. Maybe try cutting down or phasing out some of the multis and see if it is actually affecting your performance. Good question. Good luck.
