What kind of results can i get from swimming?
30 mins is cake for me if i rotate between front crawl, back crawl, universal back stroke and scissor kick and breast stroke. I've been doing 40 laps of our pool in 30 mins so im going at a decent pace
I hadn't really hit puberty at 13 so the ability to build muscle or tone up wasn't really there. Im 20 now and weight 150 pounds and am 6 foot 3. So im not sure how its going to affect my body, if it just tones or if it builds a bit too. I used to have a 6 packXD maybe it will bring that bad boy back.
Soo what kind of bod can i get from this
Swimming is very good for toning as it apparently exercises more muscles than any other exercise. If you are overweight it can also help for slimming.
