Help me find the title of this youth detective book series?
I remember reading a youth/childrens book series in junior high school (mystery or detective) about a young boy who befriends a senior citizen, woman, and they solve mysterys together. They always find themselves involved with ghosts and at old haunted mansions and such.
Eat book is shorter, around 100 pages, there is about five or sixish books in the series if memory serves, and definitely older. In the 1950s-1970s is when I'm guessing it was published.
Can anyone PLEASE help me?
